The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation

The NYSDEC is the state lead agency that enforces pesticide regulation and pesticide registration in NYS. Contact your Regional Office for questions regarding pesticide registration and regulation and visit the NYSDEC's NYSPAD tool to search for registered pesticide products, upcoming certification training courses and exams, registered pesticide businesses/agencies or dealers, and certified applicators/technicians in NYS.
