New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s online product registration database – Pesticides required to be registered by the EPA must also be registered with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) before they can be distributed, offered for sale, sold, or used in New York State. The NYSDEC’s product registration database is a way to verify that a pesticide is currently registered in New York State. This database also includes PDF files of all NY-approved labels for each registered product.
